Fronteers Dark Mode is organised by volunteers of Fronteers, the Dutch professional association for front-end developers.

Busy workshop scene with around a dozen people gathered in a co-working space. Participants sit and stand around wooden tables covered with laptops, notebooks, coffee cups, and cables while collaborating on projects. Large windows along one wall look out onto dense green foliage, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere. A prominent yellow banner displaying the word FRONTEERS spans the middle of the image.

Besides organising Fronteers Dark Mode, the professional association also runs regular meet-ups in The Netherlands and Belgium as well as workshops and an online job board. Fronteers has roughly 150 members, mainly from The Netherlands.
