The conference is unfortunately canceled

There will be no Fronteers Conference this year.

With a very heavy heart, we have to inform you that we aren't able to hold our 14th conference.

Despite a big marketing push in the last few weeks, we didn't manage to sell enough tickets to make it possible for us to hold this year's conference. The financial risk would have been too big.

For everyone who did buy a ticket: thank you so much for your support! We are very sorry that we can't keep our side of the deal. You will be refunded as soon as possible.

What this means for the future of the Fronteers Conference we don't know. If something changes we will definitely let you know.

Diversity & Inclusivity

Fronteers wants to be an inclusive community and to that end have made some arrangements that we would like to bring to your attention.

Diversity tickets

We have a limited number of diversity tickets available which enables you to buy a ticket at a large discount. Diversity tickets are available for € 50. However, if you feel this discount still prevents you from attending Fronteers, please let us know and we'll try to accomodate you in another way.

These tickets are available for anyone in an under-represented group in tech. This includes (but is not limited to): people of colour, LGBTQIA+ people, women and disabled people.

Youth scholarships

If your child is older and you are thinking of taking them with you to talks and conference events, we'd be happy to do our part in getting today’s youth into STEM!

We have a limited number of youth scholarships tickets available which enables you to buy a ticket at a large discount. Youth scholarships tickets are available for € 50. However, if you feel this discount still prevents your child from attending Fronteers, please let us know and we'll try to accomodate you in another way.

Accessibility

Pathé Leidsche Rijn is a modern cinema complex, so all areas are wheelchair accessible via elevator which includes the rooftop. If you require reserved seating or anything else, please get in touch with us.

Live captioning

All talks will be live transcribed and transcriptions are shown on the main screen along with the slides. Additionally we will publish a website where you can follow the transcriptions on a device of your own.

Childcare

Attending Fronteers with your little one(s)? We are currently exploring childcare options in the area to determine feasibility. If childcare being provided on-site would make it easier for you to attend, please get in touch with us to discuss your needs (number & age of children etc).
