If you are a Fronteers member, you get a link to a discounted ticket and you will pay only €49, including VAT. See further below.

Tickets

Member discount

Members of the Fronteers association are entitled to a discount. Members who want to purchase a discounted ticket must already be a member when ticket sales are first announced and will have to provide their membership number during ticket ordering. Ticket count is limited to one per person and the ticket is not transferable to a non-member.

As a member you can find a link to the discounted ticket in the members' newsletter announcing the conference. In case you can't find the email, contact the Fronteers board under bestuur@fronteers.nl and they will provide you with it.

By purchasing a ticket for Fronteers Dark Mode, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Pricing and payment

All ticket prices are in Euro and include Dutch VAT. Tickets must be paid in full before the conference starts. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Conference tickets

A ticket to Fronteers Dark Mode grants entrance the conference and includes a two-course dinner and the Dutch VAT.

Transfer of tickets

Regular tickets may be transferred. Tickets with member discounts may only be transferred to other Fronteers members. To do that the person that ordered the ticket has to

1. open the "Confirmation & Receipt" email
2. click on "View Order"
3. wait for the Tito page to load
4. click on the "View Ticket" link behind the current ticket holder name
5. click "Re-assign" on the bottem left of the modal

Please be aware that after we send the badges to the printer we cannot make changes anymore.

Unofficial promotions

It is expressly forbidden to use tickets as a prize in or a part of promotions, sweepstakes or other promotions, without explicit permission from the Fronteers organisation. Any tickets found to be traded or acquired in breach of these conditions will be made void without restitution.

Speakers and schedule

The schedule of speakers for the conference is published in advance of the event, but may change at any time.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation of the conference, all tickets will be refunded.
